Conversation Snippets
What Are Snippets?
Snippets are pre-written message templates your team can use in the conversation inbox. Instead of typing the same directions, dress code reminder, or payment link every time, you select a snippet and it auto-fills — including the contact's name and your club details.

How to Use Snippets
- Open a conversation with a contact
- Click the snippets icon (or type
/to search) - Select the snippet you want
- The message auto-fills with the contact's name and your club's details (using custom values)
- Review and send
Requesting New Snippets
If your team finds themselves typing the same message repeatedly — a specific greeting, a common answer to a question, a booking confirmation — let us know and we can add it as a snippet.
